United Nations Day, celebrated every year on 24 October, commemorates the founding of the United Nations in 1945. The day highlights the importance of global cooperation in promoting peace, protecting human rights, advancing equality, and addressing challenges such as poverty and climate change.
It reminds us that by working together across nations and communities, we can build a more peaceful, inclusive, and sustainable world for present and future generations.
